Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken drumsticks with skin on
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C). Line a baking pan (with high sides--not a cookie sheet) with foil, and place drumsticks in pan.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together all remaining ingredients to make sauce. Drizzle sauce over drumsticks.

  3. Bake drumsticks 50 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165F (75C), flipping halfway through and basting with sauce.

Recipe Notes

Number of servings depends on the size of the drumsticks. If your guests are really hungry and the drumsticks are small, this recipe will only feed 3.
