On the morning of Thanksgiving, I glanced over at Mr. Handsome and noticed a one-inch cut on his face, directly under his eye. “It looks worse than it is,” he told me. It looked pretty bad, but I was grateful that his eye remained unscathed. In case any of you have seen the scar and are wondering what happened, we decided to make a video (embedded below) explaining how he sustained the injury.
Mr. Handsome loves cherry strudel. Until a few years ago, he had no idea what it was, and he thought it was a very odd word, but now, it’s one of his favorite desserts. Hear us tell the story below, and look for a recipe coming soon.
My father-in-law is a real jokester. For most of his life, Mr. Handsome has made fun of his father’s long-winded “dad jokes,” claiming that they are either too long-winded or too corny. Recently, however, Mr. Handsome has started doing something that he never in a million years thought that he would do. He has been telling his father’s jokes! If you’re looking for a laugh, check out our video below….
If time travel were possible, I have always thought it would be fun to go back in time and meet Mr. Handsome as a child. By the stories I have heard and the pictures I have seen, he sounds like he was a really neat little guy….
A few weeks ago, Mr. Handsome and I helped my brother-in-law throw a party for his attorney coworkers. Being the jokester that he is, Mr. Handsome took the opportunity to tell his favorite lawyer jokes. Hear the full story (and some of the jokes!) in the video below. …
A little while back, one of my readers asked me to share an embarrassing moment. The thing about embarrassing moments is that everyone has them, but they aren’t always easy to recall. I finally thought of one, so to kick off the weekend, Mr. Handsome and I made a video blog to tell the story:…
Over the weekend, we posted a video explaining Mr. Handsome’s idea of a shared cell phone. Many of you responded, so we thought we would do a wrap-up video (embedded below) revealing the results of the poll. Mr. Handsome also has another “interesting” idea for saving money.
I want to apologize in advance for the terrible lighting. We filmed the other video outdoors, but this one was filmed inside at night. (Don’t worry, it has nothing to do with the quality of the phone…LOL.) If you are unable to watch the video, please let me know what type of device you are using so I can look into fixing the issue. Thanks!
Yesterday morning, Mr. Handsome and I stopped by the Verizon store to purchase a new smart phone for him. He wasn’t so thrilled about the monthly price tag, so he came up with a “solution.” Check out our video below, and let me know in the comments section what you think of his proposal. I’m also curious to hear what kind of cell phone you have. We both have iPhones because they are especially easy to use.
Here it is, folks, the final installment in the saga of how Mr. Handsome and I met. (Visit my post from October 26th to watch the previous part.) My story varies quite a bit from his, but hopefully you all have enjoyed listening to each of us tell our side. I apologize in advance for the cheesiness. That tends to happen when we tell the story of how we fell in love…
