Living in Tennessee, we are not strangers to the sun. We didn’t have much of a spring, but based on the 90 degree temperatures that have appeared this week, it seems that summer has arrived. Whether we’re at home or playing at a local park, a good quality sun hat is a must.
Two years ago, I posted about the SwimZip sun hat. It has a wide brim and is made of quick dry material, making it a wonderful choice for wet or dry play. Since that time, I also received another hat from my mother as a gift. It’s the Baby Boys’ Flap Hat from i play. I love this hat because children can fully submerge in the pool while keeping their hat on. The flaps provide wonderful coverage for the head, neck, and eyes.
In the i play hat, Little Buddy has the 2T-4T size, and I just purchased the 9-18 months size for Littlest Buddy. They both have the Aqua Jungle pattern…I just love matching outfits! There’s a decent chance that Little Buddy will outgrow his by next year (big heads run in our family) so I’m going to soak up all the matchy matchy while I can.
